First up - OMG! You guys are on a comment spree! I got my highest comment rate ever on Blue Who! Thank you! I really do love to read what you think (but only nice things!!! hehehe!!)

I've put together a bit of an "odd combo" kit! I loved the "berry" colour, with the blue (Cindy - blue is my fav colour too! I've got to be so careful, coz most of my kits end of with some shade of blue!!) - and it kind of evolved into a "berry garden" kinda kit! I love ladybugs, so they got a look in, and the old clock? ... I don't really think it fits in - but its in there anyway, coz I thought it was a really nice old clock!!! I sound like I'm trying to talk myself into this, don't I?!!

So, as bizaare as the combo is, I hope you like it!

The moon is in the kit with Rebecca's blessing!!! :) I just reckon its a fantastic moon, and I didn't want to try and "match" her talent!!! hehehe!

Oh! And here's a response for MonkeysMom! (sorry bout posting it here... but couldn't leave a comment on your blog, the word verification was cut off?) YES! Its funny that you should ask for a "very boy" kit! Firstly, I hope you like this one?! Although its more "space" than trucks?! Secondly, RebeccaB, Kelly-Jo and I are just working on our next collab called SPEED FREEKS! All speed, All boy?!! Keep an eye out for it, it'll be coming in Feb! But now you've got me thinking about trucks... so there might be something in the pipeline?!! I've got about 6 kits in the wings... so it'll be down the track!

EDIT: I thought I'd edit, and answer a couple of questions!!! First up, Tonya, I don't print my layouts!!! I mean, I have, but only did them at home, and printed 8x8 (like Rebecca!) I think if I wanted to make my kids a special album or something, I would get them professionally done... and pay the ridiculous fee!

Secondly, my friend Lisa, asked me how I got my son's photo to "fade" like I have, in the layout above! It's easy-peasy! (I use photoshop elements v6 - so not sure how it'd be done in other programmes!) Place your photo - make sure you're on that photo layer, and just above the layer palette, is a drop down menu, that defaults to "normal" - click on the drop down arrow, and a heap of blending modes pop up. Select OVERLAY, and voila! You get that instant faded look - to adjust how much it stands out - simply adjust the "Opacity" which is right next to the Blending Mode drop down menu! (My Mum was asking me about Opacity the other day, as well!) (Depending on the paper you've got behind your photo, sometimes, you can hardly see your photo - so try selecting "multiply" from your Blending Mode Menu.) So there you go... its dead easy and can really give your layouts a bit of something different!

I've been busy rearranging my 4shared file, and have decided to password each file - which, of course, will be always available here with every freebie kit - just trying to keep my work...MINE! I love giving my work away for free (coz I don't think it's "sale worthy" anyway!!!) but the right thing to do, is to download direct from the designer... send your friends here, send your rellies here, you can even send your enemies here! Now that my "housekeeping" has been done! I need to say that Vicki inspired this kit! I absolutely LOVE her work - she's a genius! Vicki made an "arty" kit a few months ago - and I just loved the concept! I'd never seen an arty kit before... have you?! I even get to scrap her kits, for free, as part of the CT, for Scrap That Idea Store... HOW LUCKY AM I?!!! I picked up some new "splatter" brushes.... and this kit evolved! I made the paint brushes and crayons myself (I was pretty chuffed with myself!) so I was feeling like I'd created a "work of art" myself! I hope you enjoy this kit, and scrap all those cool "kids at work" kinda pictures! Unfortunately my scanner is on the blink, and I've got loads of my oldest two kidlets being crafty... but their all hard copies in the album! DOH!
